Dear Peter, Just thought that I would say thank you once again for the most amazing turkey.  I had one of your 12kg bronze last year, but opted for a smaller 8kg bronze this year and it was perfect (although we ended up having more people than expected-that's family for you!).  Four hours was perfect to cook it and it ended up moist and flavourful. Obviously I know first hand how well you treat your livestock, and I must say that it really reflects in the finished product. Do you sell them all year round? Best wishes for the new year, and I will be ordering again next year. Ed.

As always, our turkey was a peach – splendidly packaged and supplemented by giblets and a generous handful of fresh herbs. It cooked wonderfully and satisfied all at the table on Christmas day and has filled a few sandwiches since – Eric Bridgstock

once again, the bird you gave us this year was fantastic! I bathed her for 24 hours in water, oranges, star anise and a few other things, and then on a 6 hour roast with a sausage or two and a bit of a stock (hers!). can't knock it - thank you so much. I wanted to let you know that our turkey crown ordered for 2016 was really delicious, very easy to cook and just as good in a curry a few days after Christmas Day. We really enjoyed it!
